ABOUT US

Our desire to breed Golden Retrievers is a result of a love and passion for everything about them including their beauty, versatility, temperament, and intelligence. The three girls we currently own are a constant source of joy and laughter in our lives.

Andrew and I waited until our circumstances were right when we got our first girl, Oribelle, in 2005. Oribelle is our spoiled pet and we do not plan on breeding her. In 2006, we got our second girl, Aurora. She has passed her clearances, has her championship, and is now a part of our breeding program. The newest addition to our family is Jayda, born in 2007. We are looking forward to seeing this girl in action in the show ring and we look forward to adding her to our breeding program once she has passed her clearances and gets her championship.

Our foundation golden girls have been bred by Jennifer McAuley who owns Chrys-Haefen kennels. We are very impressed with Jennifer’s lines as they are healthy, sound dogs with an excellent temperament. We are confident that both girls (Aurora and Jayda) will prove to be a sound start to our breeding program and the goals we wish to accomplish. Our girls live in the house with us and are pets (children) first and working companions second.

Our goal is to produce top quality, healthy, intelligent dogs that conform to the breed standard and will be suitable for multi-purpose homes. All breedings are carefully researched and both parents have the appropriate genetic clearances (eyes, hips, & heart). We do not produce large quantities of Golden Retriever puppies, but we do put a great deal of time and effort into the ones we raise, therefore it is of the utmost importance that we find the perfect home and family for each of our beautiful Golden puppies.

We encourage all of our prospective clients to come and visit us and meet our dogs (by appointment only please).
